They give off a great light.I wrapped these on the front poles of our camp cabin. They collected enough solar light to work each evening of camp. Mines didn't:)Put them in flowering bushes and looks great at nightI put these solar lights up 10 months ago and they are still going strong! They have survived through storms and wet weather. I love the way my palm trees look when nighttime falls! The twinkle is subtle not a strong flashing light that will blind you like some lights. They are very fragile when putting up so beware they will break easily. I highly recommend.I purchased 3 strands of the warm lughts and love them. I used one strand around a small grapevine tree, and 2 strands on our grill gazebo. They do tangle easily so I completely unravel them and strategically wind around my hand as I go. Sometimes, unraveling and re-wrapping. I love the thin wire. It's easy to wind around things and stays in place. I used wire ties to secure the solar panel in full sun during the day. Works great!
