Product Description

With Eagle Lights, you're never in the dark. Off-road and motorsport enthusiasts at heart, we began selling the lights that we wanted to use. The more we learned about lighting, the more we realized that the lights that we really wanted were not being produced. The rest is history. We design lights that weather storms, stand up to wear and tear, and light the way for your and your motorcycle. We are now one of the largest aftermarket LED headlight manufacturers in the world. Buy and use our lights with confidence in the Eagle Lights standard. Don't drive blind. Upgrade to Eagle Lights. Eagle Lights Halos come wired so the Halo stays on whenever the lights are on. No cutting and splicing needed. Eagle Lights 5 3/4" LED projector headlights utilize high intensity bright white LEDs with a color temperature over 6000K. They put out a very clear, bright white light. The picture does not do this light justice they are much brighter in person. This is a high performance LED headlight, designed to be a direct replacement for all 3 prong 5 3/4" headlights. It offers superior visibility, safety, and durability - making it the most advanced 5.75″ LED headlight available. Halo Ring Function: By default, the halo ring is illuminated on the low beam only. No wiring or splicing is needed to make it function. If desired, we can leave it unwired by request.

Similar to other reviews, the light works great, but the high beam is worthless.Update one: I recieved the replacement today, and it's the right one. It had an adapter attached to it, but it seemed unnecessary. I took the adapter off, plugged the H4 cable into the plug, and plugged the single spade connector to the positive spade that was originally for the tiny bulb on the indian scout (black wire with red strip). I just capped off the negative spade with some heat shrink as I didn't need it. The correct bulb's part number is 8900BH, the first one I recieved was 8900B. On the top of the box the correct one says "black and yellow" where the wrong one I received just said black. Amazon was quick to send the right one, and with being able to drop off returns at Kohl's now, I'm not even dreading the return process. My only complaint now is the dot/sae words on the glass is not centered at the top, so being slightly OCD it bugs me.Original review: So my bulb burt out and I needed a new headlight, so I decided to upgrade to an LED. I went with this one because I thought the halo would be cool. Well, I dont know if it was just a mistake or what, but the bulb I got definitely isn't anything like what is picture. Don't get me wrong, it works. and its brighter than stock. But if I pay 120 bucks for something because it looks cool, I want it to look cool.Due to me no having a headlight, and me riding my bike into work daily when it's still dark outside, I can't really send it back, so I guess i'll just have to deal with it.Its tough to rate this product fairly seeing as though Amazon applies your rating to every bike it purportes to fit. To be clear, I put this into my 2008 HD Night Rod. Some things I ran into that you may want to consider for your bike:This lamp was much deeper than my OEM lamp. As is, I was able to fit the lamp in my OEM lamp housing, but it’s tight - which leads to another consideration no one has mentioned in the comments I have read...If like most folks purchasing this lamp you are trying to improve the dated look of your current halogen lamp, your OEM set up is probably getting power from your alternator - which runs on AC power. LEDs run on DC, so unless your lamp runs direct from your battery your new sexy LED lamp is going to give you a flickering surprise at night. In my experience it was quite distracting. This lamp works so well that any momentary fluctuation in power caused a significant loss in road light. It drove me nuts and I’m sure it drove the vehicles ahead of me nuts.Your solution is a load capacitor, which you can find right here on Amazon for $15 - $20. This however, could lead you back to my first issue: The depth of the lamp made life a little too crowded in my OEM housing for the added space the load capicitor required. As of the writing of this review I still haven’t tackled this problem but I’m thinking some modification of the OEM housing will fix the issue. The light itself is beautiful. Huge improvement over my OEM. But, consider potential load capacitor hurdles for your bike, if any.Very happy. It was very easy to install, no modifications needed at all. This lamp is great. It was easy to install, ...with one MINOR exception, and I don't blame the light for it. My light bucket was a little shallow for the two connections on the light. The one from the light to the adapter cord and the cord to my harness. I ride a 2016 Harley Breakout and after taking out my original light, I couldn't fit the new lamp with the two connectors comfortably in the bucket. Easily solved. I didn't use the adapter wire (that was included). Instead I clipped the red wire, that powers the circular light around the bulb and spliced it to the wire that powers my low beam (using a simple splicing clip available at any auto parts store -cheaply) directly on my harness inside the bucket. Bam! job finished in under 20 minutes.Without the additional connector, the lamp plugged directly into my harness and fit nicely. I will note that the plug from the lamp left a tiny gap between the harness connector when plugged in, so I made sure to black tape them - just in case, so they wouldn't separate or let water in. The lamp looks amazing! ...oh, my only other "issue" is I was hoping the high beam would be a tad brighter ...like "blind the guy in front of me for being a schmuck" type brighter...Excited to put this on my 2003 Night Train. Nope. stock headlight bucket is too shallow for this light. You have two options, "squeeze it in" like so many reviewers have, but i guarantee you'll hate life since your headlight ring will be too narrow to close the housing. Look: if you care about your bike and doing it right, forcing it in is not an option BECAUSE: this headlight will only work if you get the magical Eagle headlight adapter ring for an extra 70$ that they never tell you about on the headlight product page. Nasty surprise. So, for older Harleys, do it with duct tape or shell out. THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE "DROP IN". It's going back for fairly deceptive omission.Fits perfect on my 21 indian scout bobber ,installed on 20 minutes
