Installation Tips: Always mount the string first before screwing in the light bulbs. We recommend using "aircraft wire" to use as support cable for a professional look and if you choose not to use a support wire then you can mount the string at various pivot points depending on your application. Always make sure to screw in each light bulb squarely to ensure that no water can make its way into the socket and also to have no shorts of the fuse inside the male plug.
Great quality and Very bright! A little Too bright for my small porch space, but I have solved that by setting up a clamp on utility light for more intimate needs. Though the bulbs can be expensive if your dollar store is out or doesn't carry them, but what is great is that most other stores Will, so you don't have to special order these at all. My one complaint is that the bulbs continue too close to the plugs, so you are either forced to use an extension cord, or deal with the bulbs clanging against -bricks, in my case, which isn't ideal for the life of those bulbs. So far so good for me, though. So this tells me that their bulbs are thick glass and very high quality. I am very satisfied-which is a great feeling after just having to leave what I would have preferred to be No stars or Minus star reviews on expensive total junk, one of which I got burned twice on.Not this product, thankfully. I wish there were a Plus star option in this case. Thank you for the great quality!!They look nice but there was a bulb that was not even connected to the base so it will not work.I love these lights. We used them to brighten the backyard and they are wonderful. Visitors like them as well.The one downfall is they are glass and you don’t get an extra bulb.I still love them.These lights are perfect for my patio ambiance just bright enough to light the area, but not too bright, and they are solid bases and just stood up hanging in high winds! I just purchased 2 more strings. Good valueGreat lights.Bought these indoor/outdoor lights (2 x 25 ft strings). I used them to install in a custom lighting fixture. After several hours later, I finished installing the lights & only 5 out of 48 worked! So frustrated!Ordered 2 strings on Feb 20th and they just blew out on me this week. Plug and circuits were fine.These are wonderful lights. Look great on my balcony railing!
